Vision: Presbyterian Healing Wave:
Wednesday August 13th, 2008:
I had just been over to Maurice’s apt and talked to him about stuff, but that I had had a word from the Spirit about connecting with Ed Cain. This did not mean me in particular, but Maurice and Randy and maybe me. Maurice confirmed his own insight in that and that there was an urgency about it. I went back over to John Rollins and while he was cooking some supper the Spirit gave me another rapid fire succession of visions, but the major and powerful part to one of them was that I saw a “healing wave” go through and come out of the Presbyterian Church. This took me by surprise, but the power of it was unquestionable to me. I saw what were a number of men (and women) within the Presbyterian Church hit with the power of God for healing (mind you, all of this comes with the preaching of the Gospel and not just healing ministries alone). As I was pondering this vision and with the questions in my heart as to “why them”, the Spirit showed me how there were a number of men and women within that denomination who had been maturing over the years. They were to me like the Bereans who were spoken well of, because of their diligent and pure hearted search of scripture and seeking God. These men and women have been maturing over the years and had not involved themselves with any dogmatic facets of ideas or denominational precepts, but who were simply pure hearted in their search for God.
In this vision I saw a playground full of children who had been playing for many years and who should have grown up by now, but remained children because of their insistent bent for play. They did not mature – and these were many of the Charismatic people and leaders of today – who, because they never matured and stayed playing with different things that were “fun” to them – had now been found inadequate for a call to this harvest and will not be used, because of their remaining immaturity, but, in contrast, while it was unseen to everyone else there were these number of people within the Presbyterian Church who were maturing and who are now acceptable for the call to harvest and for a call into a powerful healing ministry in connection with their spreading of the Gospel. With this I saw the house church movement explode – not necessarily because of this Presbyterian call, but in conjunction with it and that the house church element would be strongly and widely supported by the Presbyterian element. The house church explosion as I saw it was large and nationwide and it seemed that suddenly Maurice had his hands full. I saw a bond form between Presbyterian members and Methodist members and it looked as though they were symbiotically working together. It looked as though the Methodist members in this move were anointed in an administrative way and in coordination of logistics in this move of God. A lot of things will simply take planning. This writing here is NOT to imply that the Presbyterians and Methodists will be the only denominational elements God will consider and it is not a confirmation by God of either Presbyterians or Methodists. It is simply that God is going to call out and use members from those two churches as I saw it. It is only what I saw in this particular vision. This fits into John’s vision of God throwing the rocks out of the field that were in the way, yet he put some into a pouch that He could do something with. These people were in harvest work together and in the Love of God and were not there trying to get new believers to adhere to or join their particular church.
I saw Jesus standing at the entrance to a school and it had a double door entry of which I could see the Lord was about the fling them open. This is of the bringing in of the harvest and that they would come in a multitude and the school was to get them anchored and grounded in Christ with sound teaching and preaching.
I saw the hand of God rising up from the earth and I saw the power of those chosen for this work and it was no small thing I was looking at. These vessels were mature Sons of God who ministered in that full power of Christ. There are no words to adequately convey this reality. As I looked at that Hand of God rising up from the earth I contemplated the fact that it was the left hand. I pondered if this meant Judgment, being that it was the left hand, but I did not get a clear word from the Spirit as to that being right or not. I looked across the way a few hundred yards and I could see a court house and I saw the nations of the World gathered in it and they were being weighed in the balance – each nation and judgment was being set and measured out what it would be.
